Who is invited to attend?
All women, or female identifying individuals are welcome to join wild wisdom gathering. We aim to bring sisters together, to empower one another in the sacredness of being women. We wish to provide a space for all of our guests to experience sacred sisterhood and womanhood throughout the gathering.
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes:
3 full days of workshops and circles,
4 nights camping,
Fresh drinking water,
Access to our team of healers offering private sessions - additional charge direct to the therapist.
Access to the artisan market selling a range of sustainable clothing, jewellery and natural beauty products.
Access to our online facebook group and Wild Wisdom family -
The magic container for a deep and strong sisterhood where we share wisdom, blogs, exclusive deals for Wild Wisdom retreats, events, experiences and immersions.
When will food be available?
There will be breaks in the workshop schedule to come together as a community for brunch and dinner; though nourishing food and snacks will be available throughout the day to purchase from our delicious vegan and vegetarian food vendors.
What kind of food will be served?
All food will be vegan and vegetarian prepared by our amazing vendors. Details of which vendors will be there will be shared over the coming months...expect delicious, nourishing soul food.
Can I bring my own food?
You are welcome to bring your own pre prepared food. We simply ask that you take any rubbish home with you and that you do not bring and gas stoves or BBQ’s. Fire is strictly prohibited on site.
Will there be alcohol?
No our gathering is strictly drug and alcohol free. We prefer to connect with nature, our inner self and each other with full, clear presence.
Can I bring my child/ children?
Children of all genders are welcome in our circle up to the age of 7; beyond this age, we ask that only female children attend the gathering.
Ladies under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21
Are you supporting any charities?
Yes - We are supporting Art to Healing which helps empower sex trafficked women in Nepal through art therapy, yoga and other programmes. If you wish to know more, follow the link below: www.arttohealing.org.
A percentage of profits will go to support them in their humanitarian work.
Do I need to pay or book for any activities?
All activities, workshops and experiences are included in the ticket price. Some of the craft workshop leaders may ask for a small donation (£2 - £10) to cover the cost of materials. Sessions in the Healing gardens will be payable directly to the therapist.
Can I attend for one day only?
Our vision is to create a deep space of connection for the entire journey of the gathering, we ask for you to only choose to attend if you can commit to the full journey.
Is there first aid on site?
We will have a qualified first aid team onsite for any inquiries and emergencies.
Are toilets and showers available?
Portaloos will be available throughout the site. They will be cleaned and maintained hourly during the day.
Due to the delicate eco-system of the land showers are not possible. It is key that no waste water containing soaps etc runs into the natural spring.
Is there an ATM onsite?
There is no ATM on site so please make sure that you bring enough money for the weekend. There are ATMs in the nearby villages 3 miles away, however, we suggest bringing enough for your whole time so that you can stay immersed in the beautiful space that we will all co-create.
Are campfires permitted onsite?
Personal fires are not permitted due to health and safety, though we will have a sacred fire burning throughout the weekend for you to connect with this element.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately for health and safety we have to ask you to leave your beloved companions at home.
What time does the gathering start and end?
The site will open at 4pm on Thursday September 5th.
Workshops will begin on friday morning until sunday evening.
All guests will need to leave the site by 12pm on Monday September 9th.
Is it possible to leave and return during the gathering?
Though you may need to leave for the ATM or other amenities in town, we ask as much as possible to stay within the container of the site so as to create a deeper sense of connection to the group and the space that we are all creating together.
The front gate opening times on the main gathering days will be 8am - 10pm. No access is possible outside these times.

Can I refund my ticket if I can no longer come to the gathering?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, however, you can resell your ticket on the Facebook event page for a small admin name change fee.
What to bring (essentials and recommendations)?
The essentials we recommend you bring to the gathering are:
Ticket and ID confirming your name
Tent, air mattress, pillow, sleeping bag/ blanket to keep you warm,
(please be conscious to count your tent pegs when packing down - these can be harmful to the wild deer who roam the park)
YOUR OWN REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE,
(we aim to produce as little waste as possible and call upon your help to support this mission for our earth),
A pair of sandals & weather proof shoes in case it rains,
Three pairs (or more) of comfy clothes that allow freedom of movement for dance and other embodiment workshops, Toothbrush and eco-friendly toothpaste,
Hat to protect your head in case of strong summer sun,
Money for food & treats in the artisan market and healing garden,
Other recommendations you might feel inspired to bring:
Instruments if you wish (we ask for acoustic instruments),
Sacred items to add to the altar (ie crystals, sacred herbs)
Paints and other creative bits and bobs
Are there things I can’t bring with me?
We are working in harmony with the land and aim to leave no trace. For that reason we ask that you leave at home:
BBQ, Gas cookers, and other fire equipment including flow toys
Valuable items not needed during the gathering
Non reusable plastic
Sage, palo santo, incense, candles and other items requiring burning (due to fire risk)
How do i get to the gathering?
Our ethos is to be as kind to the planet as possible, we recommend you use public transport and car share where possible.
The nearest station is Eridge with Tunbridge Wells also close by; these are a short journey from London. From these stations it is possible to organise a rideshare or taxi.
If coming by car the nearest town is Tunbridge Wells, 3 miles away. Exact location details will be sent with your ticket confirmation.
Parking is on site with a small charge of £10. The security controlled car park is a short walk from the main festival site. Connect with others on the facebook group page to split the cost with rideshare.
